Manufacturing Plants

Unit1:    Medim and Large Capacity Battery Manufacturing Plant

Unit 1 overall occupies 110000M² ,in which the building area is 15000M² including the plate manufacturing line, assembling line and formation . The advanced battery manufacturing facilities have already been applied to this plant, for instance, Sovema Lead Oxide machine, Mixer and double blade pasting machine. ,Wirtz Casting machine etc. The assembling line consists of 12V AGM and Gel lines . The annual production capability reaches 700,000KVAH .The products range from 12V/2V 50Ah to 3000Ah in AGM and Gel technology .

Unit2： Small Capacity Battery Manufacturing Plant

Unit 2 overall occupies 25000M² ,in which the building area is 11000M² including the plate manufacturing line, assembling line and formation . The advanced battery manufacturing facilities have already been applied to this plant, for instance, ,Wirtz Casting machine and MAC pasting line . Five assembling lines have been installed in this unit. The annual production capability reaches 300,000KVAH .The VRLA products range from 12V/6V 0.8Ah to 50Ah .

Unit3： E-Bike Manufacturing Plant

Unit 3 totally occupies 30000M² ,in which the building area is 3000M² including the assembling line and formation . The annual production capability reaches 400,000KVAH .The motive power products range from 6V/8V/12V 6Ah to 220Ah.

Unit4： Plate Manufacturing Plant

Unit 4 is a plant only for battery plate manufacturing occupying 13000 M² with a building area of 7500 M². In this unit, the 4 casting machines are from Taiwan and South Korea , 2 USA MAC pasting lines ,12 ton Lead Oxide machine , 2 semi-automatic plate cutting lines and 10 formed plate lines . Everyday 40000 plates can be produced daily.
